To say James has changed his life is probably an understatement. He has recently joined the U Can 2 team as one of our valued and skilled trainers!

Di described herself as “always bigger” when she first met us. A little reserved at first, Di has now thrown herself into her journey with amazing enthusiasmand is reaping the rewards.

Steve is a young Dad who didn’t know where to start with nutrition and exercise. In just 8 weeks, Steve has embraced a healthy lifestyle and is getting the results quickly.

Kaz is a (not so) quiet achiever. Kaz attends classes with clockwork regularity, proving consistency is the key to results. Despite being at first a little pessimistic about changing her diet, Kaz has now embraced the extra step, and I cant wait to see what the next round of results show.
Leah Kerr.
From the comfy couch, to the cold mud of Ballarat! Leah has come leaps and bounds from her starting point. Like a lot of nurses, Leah was starting to feel the toll of her job in her body. Stepping into exercise has built Leah’s strength & fitness and she has become someone to look up to in the group classes.
Tracey Pye.
Tracey was “not a group training person” …… at first. Now? One of our most regular attendees! Tracey smashed out an amazing 42 burpees in her last fitness test, and amazing effort from the pocket rocket!
Mona Cahine.
You know if your Mum tells you “I don’t have a favourite”, it just means it’s not you…. Well, i’m not meant to have favourites, but Mona kinda is 🙂 . Mona was like an “anti-gym” person when she first arrived, and as much as she pretends to not be, she is a bit of a gym person now! Mona is taking small steps towards big goals, and doing fantastic!
